All products sold on Pilipinas2028.com are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Because of this, we have a limited return policy:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Change of mind
• Wrong size
• Wrong color
• Buyer’s remorse

We do cover the following issues at no cost to you:
• Product arrives damaged or defective
• Printing errors (wrong design, placement, colors, or item)
• Package lost in transit

If you experience any of the above, please contact us within 30 days of delivery (or estimated delivery date for lost packages) with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or refund.

How to request a refund or replacement:
Email us at info@pilipinas2028.com with your order number and photos. We will respond as quickly as possible.

Returned packages (wrong address, unclaimed, etc.) are handled by our fulfillment partner. Please contact us if your order is returned so we can help resolve it.
